Square Slice Pizza Adelaide
Detroit-style pizza, a rectangular pan pizza with a thick, cheese edged, fluffy crust. Traditionally topped to the edges with mozzarella and/or Wisconsin brick cheese and cheddar, it then caramelizes against the aluminium pan, creating the ‘frico’.
It’s like nothing you’ve eaten before!
And yes it is pizza. Well pizza as we know it.

It’s summer and our much loved special is back on!
Smoked cheddar, @bostonbaysmallgoods free range whole ham smoked and brasied in Crafty Robot amber lager for 12hrs, roasted fresh pineapples, finished with a housemade st. louis–style barbecue sauce, spritzed with pineapple rum and topped with spring onions and jerk salt.

Square Slice Windsor now open!
Our first foray into another city bringing Detroit Style Pan Pizza to the masses.
The 200-square-metre venue on High Street, Windsor, offers an intimate setting for up to 50 guests, allowing diners to experience a slice of Detroit culture and flavour in a cosy, vibrant space.
Serving our much loved pizza as well as housemade pasta and sides, diners can also enjoy a glass of wine or cocktail from the extensive list.
